The lads from Kuhlen were great. Brad gave us a very competitive quote and the guys installed our system within a week of accepting the quote. Installation was super smooth, the guys turned up on time and communication was good. the team took a lot of care (even being as quiet as possible as our kid had a nap!) and got the job done on time. Got on to Brad via a Facebook recommendation after poor service from another company. Brad was very polite and accommodating . He arrived on time and was very helpful during the quote process offering suggestions on the 3 systems we were wanting installed as well as our requested location of external units. The whole process was a pleasure as we were dealing with someone that knew their product and its capabilities. The team of young guys that turned up to do the install were very professional, had pride in the quality of their work and after finishing the job ensured that the area was clean and all rubbish removed.
